Deloitte has appointed two new Partners in its financial advisory wing. Brett Engdahl arrives from EY, while Bob Mulumudi joins from Alvarez & Marsal.

Big Four firm Deloitte's financial advisory group provides strategic and financial services to clients through every phase of the economic cycle. The practice offers services in all the critical areas; including corporate finance, transactions, business valuations, debt restructuring services, and finance raising.

Brett Engdahl joins Deloitte as a Partner at a time when demand for those services is spiking. He takes on the role in the firm’s transaction services practice for life sciences and healthcare – as deal volume in the sector continues to spike. As the global economy enters recession, the fundamentals of the healthcare market, and the consultants serving it, is considered a rare certainty – especially in the wake of the pandemic. As a result, M&A within the life sciences sector continues to be very active for consulting and technology companies.
