OutForm Consulting welcomes Jerry Grant as Chair
Jerry Grant has been appointed as the new Chair of OutForm Consulting. He will now support the board of the advisory firm as it looks to expand beyond the island of Ireland.
Based between Belfast and Dublin, OutForm Consulting was founded in 2018. The firm specialises in the infrastructure and manufacturing sectors, supplying business transformation, cultural change and leadership coaching services, among others.
2022 has been a period of significant growth for the company, and as OutForm looks to build on this momentum, it has launched plans to rapidly expand over the coming five years. The firm aims to quadruple in size and revenues by 2027, and is already on track to more than double in 2023. Looking ahead, new Chair Jerry Grant will help OutForm continue on this path.

Grant will draw on this career experience in leading major infrastructure, asset management and utility operations to support OutForm, who’s clients include two national utilities providers. Joining the board in support of the leadership team and its overall business proposition, he will now work to ensure an environment OutForm’s people and clients can thrive.

Annual revenues for Ireland’s management consulting industry hit €9.6 billion in 2022. According to research from Ibis World, the market has grown by a yearly average of 2.9%, between 2017 and 2022.
