OutForm Consulting appoints Jean-Manuel Lejeune as new director

OutForm Consulting has appointed Jean-Manuel Lejeune as director in its Dublin office. According to Managing Director Brian Thompson, the move helps to expand the firm’s presence “in the infrastructure and construction industry and continue to add to the expertise we can offer clients.”

Thompson added, "Jean-Manuel’s appointment comes at an important time for OutForm Consulting. His extensive experience in the management of capital investment and facilitation of collaboration across industry is a seamless fit with our mission to provide expert guidance to our valued clients.”

Founded in 2018, OutForm Consulting is a European advisory firm, which is rapidly expanding across Ireland and the UK. Delivering consulting, digital innovation and infrastructure programme excellence to clients across the two countries, the firm boasts offices in Dublin, Belfast, and Edinburgh, and has doubled in size in the last two years – while being poised to continue this significant growth.

Helping to deliver this, Lejeune takes up his director role in Dublin, bringing over 25 years of experience in corporate strategy development, performance analysis, and the development of information management systems to the firm. Lejeune specialises in IT system implementations, business transformation programmes, and upskilling initiatives.

A former Foreign Trade Advisor for the French Embassy in Ireland, Lejeune is also a graduate of both La Sorbonne and Université Pierre-et-Marie-Curie. Lejeune joins OutForm directly from  a role as head of digital transformation role in the Irish aviation sector. He has managed capital investment programmes worth over €1 billion and facilitated collaboration between industry leaders, designers, and contractors to optimise the delivery of digital projects.
