Nadine Kubalek joins Entec Si as Consultant
Entec Si has hired Nadine Kubalek as a Consultant in its Birmingham office. Kubalek joins the consultancy with extensive experience in digital transformation, design and a background in emerging markets such as virtual reality.
Eman Al-Hillawi, CEO of Entec Si, commented, “I can think of no-one better for the role than Nadine and her appointment is yet another sign of our growth. Nadine’s skills combined with her understanding of certain emerging markets is an exciting addition to the team and will ensure we are keeping our clients and team abreast of the most forward-thinking approaches.”
According to Al-Hillawi, while Kubalek’s experience complements the versatile offering of the consultancy, it is also hoped that her appointment will open doors for growing markets, both for clients and colleagues. Applications of virtual reality in business settings have boomed since the pandemic, with many firms using them as ways to compensate for workers spending fewer hours in the office.
Kubalek joins as a consultant to bring knowledge of emerging markets in areas such as artificial intelligence and virtual reality to the team. She will now take responsibility for overseeing a range of business and data analysis activities, as well as directing largescale transformation projects.
Speaking on her appointment, Kubalek noted, “I’m looking forward to achieving exceptional results for my new clients and I know through my previous experience of working with Entec Si, that I have the support of a team that truly puts people first. As a mother to two young children, it is an added bonusthat the remote and flexible work pattern will allow me to put my all into both my work and my family.”
Most recently, Kubalek was a Project Manager with Ammba Digital, and has worked with many notable providers to the education sector on a broad range of innovative projects. From directing internal change programmes to overseeing the design and implementation of bespoke content creation and distribution systems.
This is not her first professional encounter with Entec Si, either. Ammba is Entec Si’s digital partner, and she previously worked on a collaborative commission which involved a digital transformation programme for a national sporting membership organisation.
