Professional services firm KAM Project Consultants has launched its sixth UK office in Bristol. The news comes as the consultancy looks to grow its portfolio across Britain and Germany.

As the latest in a string of advisory firms to enter the local market, KAM Project Consultants’ new office at 40 Berkeley Square, Bristol, is described by the firm as a “modern, flexible workspace”. It aims to provide convenient post-pandemic facilities for its staff, and will be led by new KAM Director, Craig Short, and Senior Associate, Adam Rohan.

Short commented, “I am delighted to join KAM to head up the new Bristol office and contribute to the success of our expansion across the South West. It is an incredibly exciting time for the business, with growth being experienced across all of the UK offices.”

The central location provides the necessary transport links for the firm’s team to grow and collaborate with clients and partners in and around the city. According to Short, it will also enable KAM to make the most of the top talent across Bristol, with the Director adding he was “very much looking forward to recruiting and leading a team of exceptional individuals” in the city.

Established in 2013, KAM Project Consultants is a project delivery consultancy in the construction and infrastructure sector. Focused on the industrial, commercial, mixed-use and hospitality markets, it boasts six offices across Europe. With almost 20 years of experience in the local Bristol property market, Short is well prepared to help KAM become the region’s “go-to project management and cost consultancy company”, drawing on his expertise in the commercial, industrial, residential and mixed-use sectors, in particular.

Rohan meanwhile arrives with a background primarily in residential and commercial development. Since relocating to Bristol from London just over a year ago, he has had the opportunity to work on some of the city’s biggest new construction projects.

“I look forward to supporting KAM’s expansion into the wider real estate market while working to maintain the business’s market-leading reputation within the industrial sector,” Rohan added. “The business’s recent growth and continued success is a testament to its very talented staff. I am proud to now be working alongside them and helping grow a new team in Bristol.”

The news follows hot on the heels of KAM’s fifth UK office, which opened its doors in early May. Located in the Castle Gate area of Nottingham, the locale is aimed at enabling KAM to expand into the East Midlands, where it is already enjoying growing client demand.

Headquartered in Milton Keynes, KAM also has UK presences in Leicester, Cambridge and Manchester. The firm also boasts a German office located in Berlin. Its clients include DHL, Amazon, Asda, Wholebake, Denman House Holdings and Blackrock, among others.
