Investment advisory firm WTW has installed Henry Keville as its new head of FINEX GB financial institutions. Keville takes on the role having joined WTW three years ago.

Before he joined WTW, Henry Keville worked with Lockton Companies. As Divisional Director, he provided bespoke management liability product solutions and programmes for the asset management sector as part of a strengthened team of specialists. Arriving at WTW in 2019, Keville initially fulfilled the role of Lead Relationship in Asset Management within the financial institutions division of FINEX.

There, he played an instrumental role in establishing the asset management businesses for other large insurance brokerage firms in London. Keville also led the insurance market’s response to the introduction of the AIFD in Europe and is an acknowledged expert within the sector.

As head of FINEX GB financial institutions, Keville will continue to build the firm’s FINEX value proposition to provide expertise for its clients. Based in the capital, Keville will now report to Marcus Porter Wright, Head of FINEX GB.

Porter Wright said, “I am delighted that Henry will lead our Financial Institutions business. Henry has extensive experience across the financial sector and today’s announcement reinforces the breadth of talent we have across the global FINEX business.”

The news coincided with WTW being awarded Best Insurance Provider at the HFM European Services Awards 2022. The recognition from the industry was celebrated by Keville on LinkedIn, who posted that the award “is dedicated to the FINEX Financial Institutions team at WTW.”

FINEX stands for Financial, Executive and Professional Risks. WTW’s FINEX acts on behalf of organisations that range in size from regional practices and small and midsize organisations to global conglomerates and government institutions, helping them mitigate financial risks and plan for liabilities.
