Following a record-breaking year for Entec Si, the Birmingham-based business consultancy has promoted ten company members to the next level.

Representing a third of the Entec Si team, chief executive officer Eman Al-Hillawi said that the wave of promotions across all levels shows the firm’s commitment to providing “everyone within the firm the opportunity to build on their talents and be rewarded for their contribution.”

“We take pride in the fact that our strength is our people. Each and every one being promoted has shown a huge amount of commitment to Entec Si, embracing the development opportunities given to them, and supporting our clients with excellent service,” said Al-Hillawi.

The most senior of the promotes, Tamara Pleasant, has been elevated to principal consultant level. She brings over two decades of experience in IT and project management to the role. “I have always enjoyed strategic and tactical analysis; working with people to identify issues and form solutions; ensuring that projects are well defined and phased and that they deliver what they set out to achieve.”

Janet Smith has been promoted to managing consultant. She joined Entec Si in 2020, with 25+ years of experience in technology and business change programmes. “I am driven by the ability to achieve successful business outcomes and benefit from practical real-world experience of change management in a complex local government environment.”

Peter Britten has been promoted to senior consultant. He has been with the consulting firm since 2018. He specialises in project management and PMO work for clients across sectors.

Devesh Punjani and Megan Evans have been elevated to Consultant level, while four people – Jack Sixsmith, David Walker, Charlotte Stanyer and Eilis Garton-Marrows – have been promoted to Junior Consultant. Rounding off the ten appointments, Alix Cruxton is now a marketing communications executive.
