Groves has been with the firm since the summer of last year, when he joined from HW Fisher & Company, where he spent seventeen years in its London office. As the firm’s Head of Personal Tax, Groves and his team specialise in assisting high net worth clients and their families with taxation matters, including private tax, inheritance tax, and wealth planning.

He also works closely with Beavis Morgan’s expert estate planning team to deliver an integrated offering to clients.

Having joined the firm in 2018, Van Rooyen works closely with owner managed businesses and high net worth individuals on topics including business advisory, corporate finance, succession planning and restructuring.

Throughout his career, he has supported transactions from early strategic review up to closing and subsequent integration. Earlier in his career, Van Rooyen spent twelve years at a tax-focused professional services firm and around six years at a boutique management consultancy.

Commenting on the appointments, Beavis Morgan Senior Partner, Peter Drown, said: “Their promotions highlight their commitment to Beavis Morgan and dedication to providing a high quality service to clients. We congratulate Neal and Pieter and wish them success in their new role.”
