Tim Shaw joins professional services firm Beavis Morgan as partner

London-based professional services firm Beavis Morgan has strengthened its partner team with Tim Shaw.

A partner in the Corporate Tax practice, Tim Shaw brings over 30 years of experience advising owner-managed businesses, investors, multinationals, and high-net-worth individuals on taxation matters. He has extensive expertise in corporate reconstructions and demergers, Section 110 liquidations, transfer pricing, cross border transactions, M&A tax support, share scheme advice and implementation, and family company planning.

Prior to joining Beavis Morgan, Shaw held partner roles at Blick Rothenberg and Ensors Accountants.

At Beavis Morgan, Shaw will support clients with corporate and personal tax advisory services, including structuring, transaction support, and long-term planning.
