Mital Shah joins Moore Kingston Smith as Partner

Multidisciplinary professional services firm Moore Kingston Smith has announced the appointment of Mital Shah as a Partner. Shah has joined the firm’s growing audit team effective from the end of January.

Shah brings over 20 years of expertise in various professional services sectors. These include financial services, hospitality, technology, and property. With extensive knowledge of international and complex group audits, he also has expertise in auditing of level three investments and regulatory reporting - PIEs and AIM. Based between Moore Kingston Smith’s Heathrow and City offices, Shah’s focus will be on corporate audits, working closely with AIM and fully listed companies and groups, as well as owner-managed SMEs.

Prior to life with Moore Kingston Smith, Shah has been involved in due diligence investigations for clients in relation to acquisitions and IPOs, and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW). He was most recently a Director with UHY Hacker Young, and was also a Senior Audit Manager with RSM.
