Colin Turnbull and Alison Morris partner at Moore Kingston Smith
Moore Kingston Smith is pleased to announce the appointment of Colin Turnbull and Alison Morris as partners. The pair bolster the firm’s expanding audit and legal wings.
With over 60 partners and more than 600 staff based in and around London, Moore Kingston Smith is the London firm of the Moore UK network. The independent advisory and accounting firm is also part of the Moore Global Network, an international family made up of over 30,000 people across more than 100 countries.
As the firm prepares for a busy 2022, Moore Kingston Smith has added two new partners to its team. Colin Turnbull further bolsters the firm's audit wing, while Alison Morris arrives in the company’s growing legal offering.

Turnbull brings more than 20 years of experience in reporting under multiple accounting frameworks including IFRS, US and UK GAAP, and listed reporting requirements, as well as due diligence assignments. Now a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), Turnbull trained with PKF UK, before moving to BDO through a merger in 2013.
Morris meanwhile joins the private client legal team, bringing more than 18 years of experience in the preparation of Wills, obtaining Probate and dealing with the administration of estates. She is also highly skilled in advising on estate and tax planning. Formerly a Partner with Wilsons Solicitors, she Chairs the T.H. Russell Charitable Trust, an organisation providing care to the elderly, and is an accredited member of Solicitors for the Elderly (SFE).
