Personnel Today Awards
The Personnel Today Awards are one of the main awards for the HR profession in the UK, recognising HR teams and individuals that have made an impact with their people policies and delivered tangible benefits to their organisation. The 2015 edition of the Awards took place on Monday 30 November at the Grosvenor House in London.
In total, 116 organisations were shortlisted for the awards, including 12 consulting firms active in the management and HR space. Two of the twelve have on the night managed to scoop an award: Q5, a London, New York and Sydney-based consultancy, was named Consultancy of the Year, while Arup went home with the Award for Health and Wellbeing.
For Q5 the prize is the second in a week's time – last Thursday L&S platform Training Journal provided the firm with the 'Best Change Management Programme' award (together with News UK*), as part of its annual TJ Awards.
* Q5 consultants supported News UK with the transformation of Newsroom 360, its platform aimed at serving all channels and platforms from a common content base, as well as enabling flexible production workflows needed to stay ahead of other media companies.
