Nick Neil-Boss joins Eight Advisory as a partner in London

After serving AlixPartners for seven years, Nick Neil-Boss has crossed to Eight Advisory. He has been named head of the firm’s transformation practice in London. 

With around 580 consultants, including 70 partners, Eight Advisory is a pan-European consulting firm specialised in transactions, restructuring, transformations and restructuring. Nick Neil-Boss joins the firm’s London office as a partner, tasked with setting up and growing the domestic transformation practice.

“We are delighted to bring in an individual of Nick’s talent and experience to both develop the Transformation practice in the UK and reinforce our advisory capabilities across Europe,” said Justin Welstead, who leads Eight Advisory’s London office.

The transformation team focuses on value creation and operational deal services both pre and post-transaction. The practice works with corporates, financial institutions and private equity firms. 

“I am very excited to be joining Eight Advisory to be part of their impressive growth story. Of course I was attracted by the growth prospects but also by their integrated client offering and agile, responsive approach to the market,” noted Neil-Boss. 

Neil-Boss brings over 25 years of experience in consulting and corporate roles to the firm. Most recently at AlixPartners, he was a Managing Director in the firm’s Enterprise Improvement practice. Prior to that he worked for nearly a decade at EY (latterly as a Director) and Booz & Company (now Strategy&). He also served Ariba and ABB. 

He works with clients across sectors including retail & consumer, travel, transport and leisure on performance improvement across the company lifecycle.

Earlier this year Eight Advisory entered the Dutch market with a new office in Amsterdam.
