Crowe hires Emma Locken to bolster corporate tax team
Emma Locken has joined Crowe as a new Partner in the firm’s corporate tax offering. Locken brings more than a decade of experience with the Big Four to the role.

Crowe is a national audit, tax, advisory and risk firm offering global reach and local expertise. In the UK, Crowe has over 80 partners, leading a team of 900 accountants, consultants, tax experts, financial advisers and digital experts working from offices in Cheltenham, Kent, London, Manchester, Midlands and Thames Valley.
Locken comes to Crowe from PwC, where she spent the last eight years. Most recently, this saw her become a Corporate Tax Director, leading mid-cap international listed clients. Earlier in her career, she also spent time with Barker Hibbert and UBS, having started her career with a three-year stay in KPMG’s audit wing.
Locken specialises in working with listed businesses in the FTSE250 and AIM markets across a range of industry sectors. In her new role in Crowe’s London office, Locken will work with clients to assist them with their tax advisory and compliance needs, and according to a release from the firm her extensive experience means she is well placed to help clients solve their business problems and navigate the fast-changing UK and international tax environment.
