Kearney appoints five new partners in its UK office
Global strategy and management consulting firm Kearney has appointed five new partners in its UK office.
Krishnapriya Banerjee has been with Kearney since 2013, and currently serves as leader of the firm’s Financial Services Practice in the UK and Ireland. Earlier in her career, she worked five years for McKinsey & Company in its Corporate and Investment banking practice and in the M&A arm of Citigroup.
Sumeet Ladsaongikar has been with Kearney for a decade, having previously served PwC in India in its Strategy, Transformation and Operations group. He specialises in strategic operations, manufacturing excellence and supply chain management, and works for corporates in the UK and Europe.
Shakil Nathoo is a partner focused on supply management services. He joined Kearney following several roles in industry, and specialises in digital supply chain transformation projects, procurement, outsourcing, strategic sourcing, category management, supplier and stakeholder management, and supplier relationship management.
Sameer Pethe is a partner in the Financial Services practice of Kearney, working for retail, investment and corporate banks, as well as fintechs and regulators. Prior to joining the consultancy in 2019, he held a leadership role at CICB in London and Royal Bank of Scotland, and served strategy consultancies Boston Consulting Group and Monitor Deloitte.
Sumit Malhotra has joined Kearney’s partnership externally. Formerly a consultant at Deloitte, Accenture and EY, and most recently, a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, Malhotra has over 20 years of experience in technology value creation and performance improvement, with a focus on serving private equity firms and their portfolio companies.
In the UK and Ireland, Kearney is led by Andrew Stewart. The firm has around 200 partners, consultants and staff working from its London office.
