Thirteen years after leaving the firm (almost to the day), Agnes Pusca has returned to PwC, appointed a Senior Manager in its Strategy& subsidiary.

It was back in 2006 when Agnes Pusca joined PwC as a graduate in its Transaction Services Strategy Group. During her two years at the consulting firm, she supported several clients with buy-side and sell-side commercial due diligence, and strategic reviews of growth strategies and business models.

She then went on to work for Louis Vuitton (part of LVMH – the globe’s largest luxury retailer) as an E-Commerce Manager, responsible for the company’s UK and Scandinavia e-commerce business; the customer service team; and the UK digital and social media marketing activities.

In 2011, Pusca returned to the consulting industry, joining Pragma Consulting, where she worked nearly four years as an Associate Director, followed by a five year spell at CIL Management Consultants, also as an Associate Director.

Het track record includes over 100 commercial due diligence / transaction support assignments and strategy reviews on behalf of private equity and corporate investors on multi-million pound deals; the development of growth strategies for international businesses across Europe and the Middle East; and supporting several social enterprises and charities with scaling their impact.

Effective the 1st of February 2021, Pusca has re-joined PwC in the same team – PwC Transaction Services Strategy Group has since become part of Strategy&, operating as Strategy& Deals. Strategy& is the strategic consulting division of PwC, formerly known as Booz & Company.

“I very much look forward to working alongside old and new colleagues, to advise businesses and investors across the education and healthcare sectors,” she said of her new challenge.

Commenting on the addition, Ian Koxvold, Head of Education Strategy at Strategy& in the UK, said: “I am absolutely delighted to welcome Agnes to our team. We're all looking forward to working with her, and she brings particular strengths in school services, skills training and corporate e-learning.”

Last month, Strategy& Deals added Alexander Nedelchev as a partner to its German outfit.
