Global management consulting firm L.E.K. Consulting has promoted two of its London-based advisors to partner.

Both Stephen Roper and Rebecca Scottorn have both been with the consultancy since 2011, appointed into the partnership as part of a global intake of eighteen new equity leaders.

Roper has been named a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s award-winning Healthcare practice. He focuses on the life sciences sector, with extensive experience in strategic and transaction-related assignments for pharma, biotech and diagnostics companies, as well as contract services providers and investors. He advises clients on growth strategy, opportunity assessment, revenue forecasting and valuation, indication prioritisation, commercial due diligence and acquisition screening.

Scottorn is a partner in L.E.K. Consulting’s Industrials practice. She focuses mainly on clients in the building and construction, industrial technology and energy and environment sectors. She advises on environmental, social and corporate governance and sustainability strategy development, helping clients embrace sustainability while simultaneously realising value creation.

The duo operate from L.E.K. Consulting’s London office – one of the firm’s largest locales in its network of 20 offices globally. The office is also one of L.E.K. Consulting’s most diverse, featuring consultants with over 30 different nationalities.

At the same time last year, L.E.K. Consulting appointed six partners in its London office, while in 2019, the tally of new partner admissions stood at five.
