Alvarez & Marsal adds Gabrielle Reijnen to restructuring team

The Amsterdam office of Alvarez & Marsal has appointed Gabrielle Reijnen as Managing Director (MD) of the restructuring team of the Dutch office. Before this Reijnen worked as "Head of Corporate Coverage" at the Dutch branch of the Royal Bank of Scotland (RBS) and she was a member of the management team at RBS Netherlands.

Gabrielle Reijnen has worked corporate and investment banking for over twenty years and has extensive experience in capital structuring processes, merger and acquisition advisory, debt and equity capital markets. In her role as Head of Corporate Coverage Reijnen mainly worked in capital structuring, event-driven financing, mergers and acquisitions, and risk management situations. Before she came to work at RBS, she was managing director of the energy and resources department of ABN Amro in Amsterdam.

There Reijnen gave advice on acquisition financing, refinancing and corporate finance. She also worked at ABN Amro in the corporate finance department / M&A for seven years, and five years on the equity capital markets division of ABN Amro Rothschild.

Gabrielle Reijnen studied business economics at the Erasmus University Rotterdam and also earned a degree from Harvard Business School.
