Four changes in management committee of Altran
Technology and innovation consulting firm Altran has over the past two months made several changes in its international management team. Olivier Aldrin has been appointed Senior Vice President and CFO, Michel Bailly is the new Group CTO, Cyril Roger serves as Executive Vice President for Southern Europe and Rüdiger Fox is the new Executive Director of Altran Germany. The new members are part of the management committee of the Group and will report to Philippe Salle, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Altran.
The new CEO Philippe Salle, who in the past worked for Accenture and McKinsey & Company, conducted significant changes to the international management team since his appointment in June 2011. In September he appointed a new Group Purchasing Director (Ludovic Bruillot) and a new Group Communications Director (Frederic Fougerat). A month later he unveiled the new global strategy for 2012-2015.
Chief Financial Officer and Chief Technical Officer
Altran's new Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Olivier Aldrin (46), comes from IT and telecom firm Econocom. At Econocom he served as CFO, prio to that he worked for Serete (1994-1999), Thales Information Systems (1999-2004) and Ingenico (2004-2006). Michel Bailly (52), the new Group Chief Technical Officer (CTO) worked in his previous job as Chief Procurement Officer at Astrium (space division of EADS Group). Michel Bailly will be directly involved in the implementation of Altran's new strategy.
Executive Vice President Southern Europe and Executive Director of Germany
Cyril Roger was promoted from Managing Director France to Executive Vice President for Southern Europe (France, Italy, Portugal and Spain). Rüdiger Fox (45), who works for Altran since 2006, has been appointed as the new Executive Director of Altran Germany.
