KPMG buys HR Service Delivery Practice Towers Watson
Professional services firm KPMG has acquired the Human Resources Service Delivery Practice of Towers Watson to strengthen its global HR transformation skills. Financial information about the deal has not been disclosed.
The Human Resources Service Delivery Practice (HRSD) of talent and human capital services firm Towers Watson is a recognised leader in HR transformation. The HRSD practice has deep expertise in HR service delivery and developed technology skills to keep pace with the development of cloud-based solutions.
In line with its aim to strengthen its global HR transformation capabilities, professional services firm KPMG decided to acquire the HRSD practice of Towers Watson. KPMG, in cooperation with other member firms of KPMG International, will buy Towers Watson’s HRSD practice resources in the US, the UK, China, Hong Kong, Canada, Singapore and the Philippines.
