London-based consultancy Curzon Consulting has become a member of the ADS Group. By joining the trade organisation for UK companies across the aerospace, defence, security and space sectors, Curzon hopes to further developing its knowledge, capabilities and services it offers to the aerospace and defence sector.

ADS is a network representing and supporting over 1,100 UK businesses operating in the aerospace, defence, security and space sectors. It works with and across a large number of organisations, partners, and supporting bodies to deliver a range of highly valued activities and services on behalf of our sectors and the members we support.

As ADS looks to strengthen its network, the latest member to sign up is Curzon Consulting. The news comes at a time of major change across ADS’ remit; while aviation is facing huge problems resulting from the coronavirus, and defence contends with spending pressures as the US re-evaluates the extent to which it will fund NATO, space is being touted as the next frontier for major economic growth.Curzon Consulting joins aerospace, defence and space allianceIt is hoped that alongside other consultancies that are member of ADS – such as 4C Strategies, Capgemini, PA Consulting, Deloitte, KPMG and PwC – Curzon’s background in helping clients navigate large-scale market shifts will help ADS clients navigate this shifting environment. The firm’s capabilities include transformation strategy and digital evolution, operating model re-shaping, and operations and supply chain excellence through data-driven decision making.

Curzon Consulting Partner, John Mason, commented, “Joining ADS keeps us close to the issues that matter most to this critically important UK industry. We have worked with clients in the sector providing help with a range of management challenges to build stronger businesses. We look forward to working with ADS and member firms, developing our knowledge, capabilities and service offers further and continuing to support the aerospace and defence sector.”

Established in London in 2003, Curzon Consulting has since supported business leaders across financial services, infrastructure, manufacturing and engineering, healthcare and public sector with major challenges. As a member of the Management Consultancies Association, this work has seen the firm recognised by the industry body’s annual awards for five consecutive years.

Curzon Consulting has also been part of NextContinent, an international alliance of consulting firms with a presence in more than 30 countries. The association allows Curzon – which became NextContinent’s first affiliated consultancy in the UK in 2018 – to reap the benefits of being part of a global network of over 4,500 professionals, both in terms of business development and client delivery.
