Daniel Lemcke promoted to Partner at Elixirr
Having joined Elixirr as a Manager in 2014, Daniel Lemcke has been promoted to Partner. Based in London, Lemcke is an international management consultant who has worked on capital market, wealth, treasury and M&A strategy support.
Rapidly growing challenger consultancy Elixirr has moved to strengthen its senior team, and take its momentum into a new decade with the announcement of a new Partner promotion. Daniel Lemcke will assume the position as of May 2020, having spent five years with the firm.
Lemcke joined Elixirr as a Manager, and since then he has been a key leader on many of the company’s financial services projects across South Africa, the US and Europe. This has included leading a wide variety of impactful work with investment banking, capital markets, and wealth and asset management clients across strategy, transactions support (M&A), risk management and financial analysis.

Based in the UK, Lemcke has also held a number of high profile treasury strategy positions with incumbent banks across the UK, Europe and South Africa during his time with Elixirr. He has also worked with clients to incorporate the trends of the firm’s global FinTech ecosystem into their strategic roadmaps, enabling them to drive business growth. Due to his international experience, as an Elixirr Partner, Lemcke will continue to play a pivotal part in the firm’s South African market as well as taking a lead role with clients in Australia.

The appointment follows a number of strategic hires and promotions toward the end of 2019 in support of Elixirr’s ambitious growth plans. The firm welcomed two new Partners, alongside the former CEO of BT, Gavin Patterson, who joined as Chairman.
