As Elixirr continues to celebrate its tenth anniversary in business, it has confirmed another addition to its Partner team. Mark Gaunt joins from BCS Consulting, where he was Director of Business Development.

Founded by Graham Busby, Andy Curtis, Mark Goodyear, Ian Ferguson, and Managing Partner Stephen Newton in 2009, Elixirr has since experienced a decade of strong growth. The consultancy has routinely featured in lists charting the fastest expanding companies in Europe, and in 2018 it was cited as one of the quickest growing in the US as well.

In a bid to keep its impressive growth track going into its second decade in business, Elixirr has committed itself to something of an appointment-spree in its Partner team throughout 2019. In January, Karina van den Oever was promoted to Partner, while in March, Keith Bear was appointed an Associate Partner at the firm, and Andy Gregson joined as a Partner in the company’s financial services offering. In August, the firm further kicked on from this with the addition of new Partner Daniel Garsin.

Mark Gaunt named new Partner at Elixirr

Now, Mark Gaunt has become the fifth name to be added to the Elixirr Partner team this year, bringing with him some 30 years of consulting and technology change experience from the financial services world. Gaunt’s arrival further strengthens Elixirr’s financial services offering, as well as boosting the firm’s credentials as a fast-growing consultancy, with the new Partner having previously held leadership roles for TCA Consulting, Catalyst Development and most recently BCS Consulting, where he spent nine years, and was latterly the firm’s Business Development Director.

Stephen Newton, founder and managing partner of Elixirr, said of the news, “Mark brings a wealth of expertise in financial services and management consultancy. His passion for change and innovation aligns with our approach to helping companies respond to disruption. In the face of political and economic instability, this has never been more important for the financial services industry. I’m looking forward to seeing what we can all achieve together in our 10th year and beyond!”

On joining Elixirr, Gaunt added, “I have been following Elixirr closely over the last ten years and have been impressed with how they’ve taken on the consulting industry. They truly are the challenger consultancy. I believe that no one offers what Elixirr does, so I am delighted to be joining the team and to work with such outstanding talent.”

Elixirr recently reached its 10th anniversary, having seen 33% revenue growth in the last year, while the arrival of Gaunt expands the firm’s Partner team to 18 people. As well as the previously mentioned arrivals of 2019, other Partners at Elixirr include Clare Filby, Karen Newman, Brian Kalms, Brandon Bichler, Barry Lewis, Anthony Potter, David Mullins, John Hawkins, Eric Rich, Bill Kingston, Rob Holland, Dieter Halfar, and Keith Edginton.
