Artefact UK drafts Pascal Coggia to lead Data and Consulting arm

21 October 2019 Consultancy.uk

AI and data-driven marketing and consultancy agency Artefact UK has hired Pascal Coggia as Managing Partner for Data and Consulting. The move will see Coggia work to expand the number of products and services offered by Artefact to UK clients, while using the office as a springboard to other English-speaking markets, including the US.

Founded in 2015, Artefact is a digital marketing agency built on a union of marketers and engineers. Artefact works with some of the world’s largest brands to redefine the future of customer experience through new technologies. With 25 offices across 17 countries, and boasting a roster of more than 1,000 employees, the firm provides over 600 clients with data consulting, digital marketing expertise and technology development, among other services.

Over the last year, Artefact has made several key appointments to its UK team. The latest of these is Pascal Coggia, one of the founding partners of Artefact, an AI and data-driven agency network headquartered in Paris, who has joined the UK team. Artefact has ambitions to extend further into English speaking markets, including the US, and in his new role, Coggia has been tasked with driving this growth, using the UK as a springboard. His twenty-strong team will also work to extend the agency’s range of products and services with a focus on consumer data for marketing, sales and operations in the UK.

Pascal Coggia, Managing Partner at Artefact

Pascal Coggia commented, “The UK is one of the most mature markets in the world and it is key to our growth, both on a national and international level. One year on from our UK launch, we’ve assembled a hugely talented team here and already secured some fantastic wins. Now we’re firmly established, it’s time to build on this momentum and bring a new set of products to this market. We’re looking to shift up a gear in helping our existing global clients extend their remit in the UK, and to explore these fresh opportunities with new ones.”

Coggia commenced his career at global management consultancy firm A.T. Kearney in 2010, and due to this background, Artefact’s singular business model – blending digital marketing, tech and consultancy development – was born. Since joining Artefact in France in 2015, he has worked with numerous clients in the B2B space with a particular focus on telcom, financial services and global consumer goods brands. He also played an instrumental role in opening Artefact’s Dubai office in 2018.

Sarah De Martin, Artefact’s UK Managing Director, said, “It’s an exciting time for the UK team and we’re hugely pleased to welcome Pascal to London. We’ve had a very successful first twelve months, and the market has been really open to hearing how we can do things differently. From that perspective, it was the perfect time for Pascal to join us. He comes brimming with ideas and some really exciting new products that we think clients will view with great interest.”
