RSM McClure Watters new advisory service LifeCycle
RSM McClure Watters has launched a new business advisory service, the LifeCycle programme, to help businesses in Northern Ireland take advantage of the improving economy. Through the new service, the firm will provide companies with advice tailored to every stage of the business life cycle.

Accounting and consulting firm RSM McClure Watters believes that companies need different services at different stages in their lifecycle to take advantage of new opportunities. To provide companies with access to a wide range of skills, the firm launched its new LifeCycle Programme which aims to “provide rapid and relevant answers to businesses, no matter where they are in their lifecycle.” This advice will range from company incorporation, taxation and business health checks to business expansions, succession planning and property disposal.
The programme, which will be led by RSM McClure Watters Partner Richard Gardiner, focuses on companies in Northern Ireland, where modest recovery and jobs growth is experienced, mainly by domestic consumption.
Commenting on the programme, Gardiner says: “Our highly experienced, multi-disciplinary team is able to advise clients from an initial idea for a start-up project right through to how to structure their company, guiding them through all the other business essentials and help them navigate the potential pitfalls on the way.”
Clare Galloway, Business Development Manager for RSM McClure Watters, adds: “We are pleased to be able to launch this new service, which brings the firm’s expertise in audit, tax, infrastructure, outsourcing, corporate finance, property and restructuring together in one place and provides clients with a one-stop shop for business advice.”
In October this year RSM McClure Watters will be rebranded as RSM, as part of RSM International's strategy to harmonise the brand name of all its member firms worldwide.
