Trio of project management professionals join Entec Si
Entec Si, a consulting firm from Birmingham, has added three new consultants to its team: Nykita Mistry, Anita Devi and Sofia Caputo.
The most experienced of the trio, Nykita Mistry, joins from the Camping and Caravanning Club, a Coventry-based member club for all forms of camping, where she worked as a Project Administrator. Earlier in her career, Nykita worked for Convergence Group (an IT services firm) and Xoserve (a data specialist for the gas industry) in Solihull, and over four years for the NHS Foundation Trust.
At Entec Si, a consultancy company specialised in IT and business transformation in the local government, construction, transport and aviation sectors, Nykita has been appointed as a Project Coordinator.
Following a career in media, with over five years of experience at Sky where she managed post-production projects TV shows and more than two years at sports content provider Perform, Anita Devi has been named a Project Support Officer. “Anita is dedicated to accomplish deadlines by prioritising tasks and effective communication. She is capable of acquire new skills swiftly with eye to detail, keen to learn the bigger picture and is a team member with a positive approach,” said Peter Marsden, a leader at Entec Si.
Sofia Caputo has joined as a Project Support Apprentice, and will be groomed for a role in programme and project management through Entec Si’s apprenticeship programme earlier this year. “While snapping up skilled people is vital to achieving our commercial objectives, however, we also appreciate the importance of adopting a grassroots approach to nurturing the next generation of project management professionals,” remarked Marsden.
Alongside working on engagements at clients, the trio of new joiners will also be enrolled in a personal development programme provided by the consulting firm’s Academy.
The appointments come at a time when Entec Si is enjoying a period of strong growth. In its latest financial year, the consultancy participated in over 70 engagements, generating revenues of £2.2 million, up from £1.4 million in the prior 12 months.
Earlier this year Entec Si welcomed three other consultants: Sue Johnson Gregory, Richard Dobson and Clare Aris.
