Ascertus hires Andrew Payne as Head of Professional Services

Andrew Payne has joined Ascertus as Head of Professional Services, as the firm looks to enhance its service quality in the future. The firm is enjoying a period of rapid growth, and Payne will help strategically to drive the business forward.

As the financial services ecosystem in London prepares for another year of digitalisation, in order to gear up for an uncertain post-Brexit economy after 2019, consultancies are looking to bolster their offerings, amid an expected boom in demand. Earlier in the year, this saw Ascertus, a professional services firm based in Central London, expand its team of consultants with the hiring of three professionals to its team as it looks to meet heightened demand and ensure that its growing customer base is well-supported.

Ascertus provides document and information lifecycle management solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments in the UK and across Europe. Hot on the heels of its most recent recruitment, the firm has hired a new Head of Professional Services to enhance service quality and ensure customer success. As the Head of Professional Services, Payne will drive the firm's quality of service and support business growth, while contributing strategically to spur the business forward. Ascertus provides document and information lifecycle management solutions to law firms and corporate legal departments across industry sectors in EMEA.

Ascertus hires Andrew Payne as Head of Professional Services

Payne has spent 18 years in technical, project management and commercial work in the legal sector. Prior to Ascertus, he was Senior Director for EMEA at a legal technology vendor. Before that, he held the position of Senior Project Manager and Business Analyst at top 30 UK law firm Nabarro.
