Booz completes acquisition of Management Engineers
In late February it was announced that Booz & Company had reached agreement with Management Engineers (ME) on the acquisition of the German consulting firm. Last Tuesday, the global partners of Booz approved the transaction making the acquisition a fact. 17 partners and approximately 145 consultants have made ​​the transition to the international strategy consulting firm.
Management Engineers has built a strong track record since it was founded in 1978. The consulting firm had more than 150 management consultants spread across ten offices in seven countries. In its largest market - homeland Germany - ME consistently ranked among the top 10 strategy consulting firms.
