Piia Pilv joins Willis Towers Watson in London from rival Aon Hewitt

Willis Towers Watson has added former Aon Hewitt and Mercer consultant Piia Pilv to its Executive Compensation business in Western Europe and the Nordics. Pilv is based in the firm’s Amsterdam and London offices.

Piia Pilv joins Willis Towers Watson with over 20 years’ experience in executive compensation consulting, gained in New York, Amsterdam and London. Most recently, she was a Partner and the Head of Executive Compensation for Continental Europe at New Bridge Street in London. Since being acquired by Aon in 2008, New Bridge Street operated as part of Aon Hewitt. Prior to that, Pilv worked seventeen years for Mercer, latterly as a Partner in its European business. 

In her new role at Willis Towers Watson – one of the top competitors of Aon Hewitt and Mercer – Pilv will work across the Western Europe market, with a particular focus on the Nordics and the Netherlands. She will focus on providing services on executive compensation advice, products and software to Willis Towers Watson’s client base in the region.
