Deloitte Consulting buys HR analytics office Bersin

Deloitte Consulting has bought Bersin & Associates, a HR advisory firm that specializes in HR benchmarking and analytics. Bersin & Associates will be integrated into the HR advisory branche of the Big 4 office: Deloitte Human Capital. Approximately 15 consultants are transferring, apart from this, Deloitte also buys all intellectual properties of Bersin & Associates. The partners have chosen to keep the name Bersin – the serviceprovider of Bersin & Associates will continue under the name ‘Bersin by Deloitte’.

Bersin & Associates was founded in 2002 by Josh Bersin. Over the past decade, it has grown to a leading provider of HR consulting and analytics services to more than 60% of Fortune 100 companies (hundred largest firms in the United States). More than 5,000 organizations worldwide are partners of its HR database: on average one of its research items is downloaded every minute on a business day. The database provides more than 50,000 pieces of data for CxO's and HR professionals, including maturity models, presentations, research reports, benchmarks, KPI's, tools, templates and other valuable resources.


Deloitte Human Capital

The HR consultancy branche of Deloitte will integrate the services of Bersin & Associates into its portfolio. During large personnel, culture of talent management transitions, Deloitte advisors will be able to make use of Bersin data and analytics. Vice versa, Bersin will be able to leverage Deloitte's client network to further build its services and international footprint.
