Prachi Sacheti, Tara Samari and Jaipratap Singh join Cedar Consulting
Cedar Consulting, a specialist in Oracle support and advisory, has in recent weeks added three new consultants to its growing team. Prachi Sacheti joined the firm’s UK Cloud team, Tara Samari strengthened the Managed Services Team, while Jaipratap Singh bolstered Cedar Consulting’s offshore Cloud arm in India.
With over seven years working as an Oracle HCM Consultant at Tech Mahindra, in Hyderabad, Prachi Sacheti brings with her expertise in implementation, support and enhancement of Taleo. An Oracle Certified and Masters qualified HR professional, she has served several global organisations with among others Talent Acquisition, Oracle HR Management, Payroll and Training & Development.
At Cedar Consulting, she is, from the base in London, responsible for the implementation, optimisation and integration of complex and multi-lingual Taleo modules at clients, while also supporting the Ciphr system-employee database for UK, Australia and New Zealand regions.
Jaipratap Singh joined Cedar’s offshore Cloud Practice in India. The experienced HCM Cloud consultant transferred from Hexaware where he worked on a number of Oracle Cloud projects, performing both functional and technical roles for multiple clients. During his time at Hexaware, he managed their offshore team at the Oracle campus and also worked on various Oracle HCM Cloud projects for INDIA, UAE and US clients. Singh has been working on HCM Cloud for five years, and brings capabilities in Fusion Core HR, Absence, T&L and Payroll to the business.
Originally from Manchester, Tara Samari previously worked at Spire Healthcare working closely with hospitals, training and supporting the local HR contacts with PeopleSoft. In her new role as a Support Consultant, she will advise Cedar’s managed services clients on their support questions across Oracle’s suite of solutions supported by the IT consulting firm.
Meanwhile, Marc Boettcher, a Senior Consultant at Cedar Consulting, has been awarded a Gold Trophy membership for participating in Oracle’s official Talent Acquisition Cloud (formerly Taleo) community forums. Commenting on the news, Marisa Harris, the firm’s Marketing & Business Development Manager, said “It is great to have one of our own team members be recognised for giving back to the Oracle community as a top Oracle Taleo contributor.
