Marisa Harris joins Cedar Consulting from UK Oracle User Group

UK-based Cedar Consulting has hired Oracle communities project management star Marisa Harris. She joins the firm as Marketing & Business Development Manager, responsible for strategy implementation and engagement with the Oracle community.

Prior to joining Cedar Consulting, Marisa Harris was a Senior Project Manager at the UK Oracle User Group (UKOUG). In her almost five years at UKOUG she worked with a number of Oracle communities on various conferences and Special Interest Groups, as well as managing the UKOUG Applications Conference for 3 years. Harris holds a Prince2 Project Management Foundation and a Prince2 Practitioner certificate from the BCS Knowledge Academy.

Cedar Consulting, a Gold-level Oracle Partner, has hired Harris as its Marketing & Business Development Manager. In her new role Harris will be tasked with implementing the firm’s marketing strategy, as well as leveraging her extensive project management skills to engage with the Oracle community. She will work alongside Simon Boscoe, Head of Marketing & Business Development.
