Alpha FMC appoints Maria Stricker as Chief Financial Officer
Alpha FMC has appointed financial expert Maria Stricker, formerly of KPMG, as Chief Financial Officer of the advisory group. She is tasked with supporting the firm achieve its ambitious growth plans, with a strong background in financial operations and infrastructure.
Global asset and wealth management consultancy Alpha FMC have hired Maria Stricker as their new Chief Financial Officer (CFO). A qualified chartered accountant, prior to joining Alpha, Stricker held senior roles at a number of global, high growth companies, with a particular focus on the technology and consulting sectors.Stricker She has extensive experience building and leading finance and operations teams, including at Dell EMC’s converged infrastructure joint venture ('VCE') with Cisco and Intel.
She also previously worked several years at KPMG in various role across its professional services offering, including strategy, transaction services, business modelling and audit.
Stricker joins Alpha FMC as its new Chief Financial Officer. The addition of Stricker to the specialist asset management consulting firm, which opened its doors in 2003 and today has offices in London, New York, Boston, Paris, The Hague, Geneva and Luxembourg, reflects the firm’s enactment of its ambitious growth strategy – which involved is being backed by private equity firm Dunedin to the tune of £80 million.
Stricker’s new role at the firm will be to manage the group’s financial operations and infrastructure development – in line with its ambitions to grow its business and expand its global footprint. She succeeds Adrian Keen, who joined the firm last year, who has moved on to take the role of CFO at power infrastructure company, InstaVolt.
