Alvarez & Marsal expands US Business Consulting practice
Alvarez & Marsal has appointed three new Managing Directors (MD) in its American business consulting practice. The new MD's - Jean Hill, Alistair Clark and Michael Rouse - will be based in New York, Chicago and Atlanta, respectively.

About Jean Hill
Jean Hill has worked as a senior IT and business executive for the past 25 years. Prior to joining Alvarez & Marsal, she was the Chief Technology Officer of trading firm First New York Securities. Prior to that she held a number of senior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, Merrill Lynch, Dow Jones and Morgan Stanley.
About Alistair Clark
Alistair Clark has more than 25 years of line-management and consultancy experience. Most recently, he served as the Vice President of worldwide sales operations for a Nasdaq-listed software company. Within Alvarez & Marsal, he will work with the Revenue Enhancement Group and help clients with sales and marketing questions.
About Michael Rouse
Having served in various C-level positions over the past 18 years, Michael Rouse has led both the technology and operations divisions of several large multinationals. He also has extensive experience in strategic planning, merger and acquisition integration, new product development, start-up and turnaround ventures.
