FTI adds Romain Bégramian to Operational Transformation arm in France
FTI Consulting has boosted its Operational Transformation practice. The firm has appointed Romain Bégramian, formerly owner of his own consultancy and at A.T. Kearney, as Senior Managing Director and leader of the France-arm of the service line.
Prior to joining FTI Consulting, Romain Bégramian worked at Greene6 Partners, a consulting firm focused on performance improvement across the global arena, which he founded in 2008. He was previously a Director at Alvarez & Marsal for just over a year, following eight years at management consultancy A.T. Kearney, where he was most recently a Director, where he started out in consulting in 1998.
Bégramian studied Finance at the ESSEC Business School.
Bégramian joins FTI, a global business advisory firm with a footprint in 29 countries, as a Senior Managing Director in the firm’s Paris-based Corporate Finance & Restructuring segment. The position will see him take responsibility for leadership of the firm’s Operational Transformation practice in France, enhancing the practices’ capacity with his almost 20 years of experience in turnaround and operations performance consulting, focused on sales and marketing performance and cost reduction.
