Marsh US hires David Fuhrman as Western region lead

Marsh has hired Willis Towers Watson veteran David Fuhrman as Western Zone Leader. In his new role at Marsh’s Los Angeles office, Fuhrman is responsible for leading the insurance broker’s operations across the Western region of the US.

David Fuhrman has built up decades of management experience and client relationships across the insurance and risk management landscape. Prior to joining Marsh, Fuhrman was a Partner at Willis Towers Watson. He worked eleven years for the firm, most recently as the head of the California Region. Previously, he worked at Marsh for more than 18 years. Furhrman holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government and Economics from Dartmouth College.

Marsh has tempted Fuhrman to return to the firm, in the role of lead to its West Zone, where he will succeed Peter Chandler. In his new role, Fuhrman is responsible for growing the firm’s presence in the Western region of the US, and ensuring the quality of its service to clients. Fuhrman will report to Rob Bentley, President of Marsh’s US and Canada Division, and will work from the firm’s Los Angeles office.
