Hay Group strengthens London team with Phil Pringle

Hay Group has strengthened its team with Phil Pringle. He joins from ORC International, a specialist in the field of customer and employee research. Pringle has been named a Senior Consultant in Hay Group's Employee Opinion Research division.

Global consulting firm Hay Group has more than 3.000 employees working in 87 offices in 49 countries. Its Employee Opinion Research arm offers customized survey programmes to help organizations attract and retain talent, improve operating efficiency, manage change more effectively, and enhance employee effectiveness.

Pringle started his career in 2005 when he joined ORC International in London. After a few years he relocated to Melbourne, Australia, to help launch ORC's Employee Research division across the AsiaPac region. In his most recent role Pringle served as European Business Manager, based in the London office.
