Audit, tax and consulting firm RSM UK has appointed Alex Fraser as a director. She will now head up the people and change offering within the firm’s consulting practice.
Joel Segal, the head of business transformation at RSM UK, commented, "We are delighted to have Alex join our consulting team and lead our people and change competency. Our team is dedicated to guiding organisations through transformations with a balanced focus on both technology, data, and human capabilities, ensuring success through their integration. Alex is well-equipped to help businesses confidently navigate change and create a culture that supports their people and future success – through both her deep experience and passion for humanity."
Fraser brings over 25 years of experience in business transformation and maximising people’s performance at all levels within national and multinational businesses. She is an expert in building a compelling vision and narrative for change; managing stakeholders and building commitment to change from the frontline through to the boardroom; and creating innovative learning solutions.
Fraser joins RSM from Hays, where she was group head of organisational change. She also previously held roles at Big Four firms at PwC and KPMG, and is a qualified professional leadership coach.
At RSM, Fraser will implement bespoke strategies to drive growth, and help clients identify and understand change and people related challenges. Supporting organisations in ensuring their people are engaged and committed, she will also help clients to address matters of organisational structure, regulatory compliance, and transactions or mergers.
Speaking on the new role, Fraser said, “Change is challenging, and people are complex, but both captivate me. This is why it’s extremely rewarding to help individuals and businesses achieve their ambitious goals, all while putting their people at the centre of what they do. I’m excited to support our clients through each journey.”
RSM was recently listed in Consultancy.uk’s 2024 Top consulting firms in the UK ranking. The firm received a gold rating in the human resources and financial services categories, among others.
