MCA Awards deadline nearing for UK consulting firms
Consulting firms in the UK have one week left to submit their entries for the 2015 MCA Awards.
Every year the Management Consultancies Association (MCA) – the representative body for management consultancy firms in the UK – organises the ‘MCA Awards’. Running for 18 years now, the ceremony has grown into the leading event in the country that celebrates high-quality performance within the consulting industry. Awards are given across 23 categories: 14 project categories*, six individual categories** and three overall awards – Project of the Year, Consultant of the Year and Best New Consultancy.
For consultancies still in the process of submitting an entry, time is running out – the closing date for the competition is 7th November. Following the deadline, all entries will be reviewed and evaluated by an independent jury. Best-practice projects and consultants will subsequently be shortlisted for the final, which takes place at a gala dinner at the Park Plaza Westminster on 23rd April 2015. After the main event the winners will, in addition to being highlighted on the MCA website and Consultancy.uk, be featured in a special supplement of the Times – the main media partner of the ceremony.
“This year’s industry data has highlighted that consulting firms are growing as they help their clients to grow. Whether this is through launching new products or services or identifying new opportunities or markets, we’re anticipating that growth conscious clients will lead to a diverse range of innovative award entries this year. We’re already seeing a strong flow of entries online which we expect to continue right up to the 7th November deadline,” says Alan Leaman, CEO of the MCA.
