Eden McCallum elects Stephanie Mills to partnership
Consulting firm Eden McCallum has elected former BCG Principal Stephanie Mills to its partnership. With the addition of Mills, the strategy consultancy’s partner team currently consists of 10 partners.
Stephanie Mills has nearly 20 years of experience in the consulting and healthcare industries. After obtaining her degree in Finance from McGill University, she started her career in 1996 with The Boston Consulting Group in Canada. She moved through the ranks, specialising in the Healthcare and Financial Services industries, and worked for BCG’s offices in Toronto, Zurich and London. In 2003 she moved to Roche Pharmaceuticals, where she for a period of two years served as European Regional Manager. Following a spell as an independent consultant she rejoined BCG in 2007 as a Principal.
Approximately 5 years later, early 2013, she left BCG for counterpart Eden McCallum, at the time joining as Associate Partner. After a period of 1,5 years Mills has now been added to the consultancy’s partnership, which in addition consists of founding partners Liann Eden and Dena McCallum, as well as Charlotte Cameron, Christopher Humphry, Nick Kirkbride, Monika Morris and Kathryn Whinney in London, and Heleen Wachters and Marjon Wanders in the Netherlands, who lead the firm’s Benelux operations.
In her new role, Mills will continue to spearhead the development of Eden McCallum’s healthcare practice internationally, and serve clients across sectors, with particular emphasis on growth strategy and corporate development.
“Stephanie has already made an enormous contribution to Eden McCallum and to our clients. Going way beyond outstanding work, she tirelessly drives ever greater innovation and excellence in all that we do. We are proud to welcome her to the partnership,” comments founding partner McCallum.
