‘The Top Companies For Graduate To Work For’ is an annual ranking derived from reviews written by graduate employees during the year, and released by graduate job review website TheJobCrowd. This year’s list includes 15 consulting firms, with Bain & Company and Capacitas leading the pack.
Every year, TheJobCrowd – a graduate job review website in the UK – releases its ‘The Top Companies For Graduate To Work For’ ranking, based on thousands of reviews written (anonymously) by graduate employees. Reviews are posted during the entire year, and once a year the scores are consolidated into a ranking. The list is divided into two top 100-lists: one for employers that take in more than 30 graduates per year and one for those that take in less than 30 graduates.
