Andy Monteith moves to Chelmsford office of Baker Tilly
Andy Monteith has been appointed by Baker Tilly as Audit Partner of its Chelmsford office. Monteith has been working at Baker Tilly since 1994, with a short break between 2004 and 2007, and has fulfilled several management positions. He will join the Chelmsford office from the Milton Keynes team.
Baker Tilly is a UK accounting and consulting firm with a network of offices across the UK. In September 2013, the firm merged with RSM Tenon and became one of the three mid-market accounting firms in the UK. The firm currently has 4,000 partners and advisors that generate a revenue of more than £300 million.
Recently, Baker Tilly appointed Andy Monteith as Audit Partner of its Chelmsford office. Monteith joined Baker Tilly fresh out of University, and has fulfilled various management positions at the firm between 1994 and 2004. In September 2004, he joined accountancy firm Wingrave Yeats, where he served as Senior Manager. Three years later he decided to rejoin Baker Tilly as Partner. Monteith holds a Bachelor degree in Mathematics and is specialised in Audit and Assurance and Business Advisory.

In addition to his role as Audit Partner, Monteith also acts as the National Head of Construction for Baker Tilly and leads its Social Housing Sector Services in London and the South East.
