Aon Hewitt partner Stuart Harris joins Towers Watson US

Global professional services company Towers Watson has recently appointed Stuart Harris as Director and Chicago office leader for the firms’ International Consulting Group. Harris joins from rival Aon Hewitt, where he served as partner. In his new role, Harris will have overall responsibility for the management of Towers Watson’s International Consulting Group in the greater Chicago area.

Stuart Harris has more than 25 years of experience in the consulting industry and will be responsible for managing the market leadership, client service delivery, and associate engagement and effectiveness of Towers Watson’s Chicago International Consulting team. Before joining Towers Watson, he was a partner in the International Retirement & Investment business of counterpart Aon Hewitt. Prior to that he worked for more than 20 years for Mercer in the UK and U.S. In his last role at Mercer he served as Principal Consultant and was responsible for advising U.S.-based multinationals on a wide range of international benefit issues including pension accounting and valuation, M&A transactions, expatriate retirement plan design and global benefit plan design.
