Global HR consulting firm Towers Watson has signed a strategic alliance with Trianon, a Swiss provider of HR outsourcing services in the areas of benefits management, payroll and pensions.

Trianon was founded in 1997 and has since grown into one of the larger independent HR outsourcing service providers in Switzerland. The firm currently has more than 100 employees across offices in Renens and Zurich.

As a part of the alliance agreement, the firms will work together in the area of business development and project delivery. Trianon will offer its clients the possibility to utilise the capabilities of Towers Watson – such as HR, pensions or retirement consulting – and vice versa Towers Watson will bring the HR outsourcing services of the Swiss firm under the attention of their clients.
