Bowsprit Partners signs M&A-focused partnership with Oliverio & Partners

Bowsprit Partners, a UK-based corporate advisory and fundraising firm, has announced the signing of a five-year strategic partnership with Italy-based Oliverio & Partners.

The partnership will see the consulting firms work together around mergers & acquisitions in the energy and digital infrastructure sectors. The collaboration focuses on areas such as renewables and storage, grids and energy services, data centres, fibre and digital connectivity.

Both consultancies support their clients – mid-market businesses and investors – with the full deal lifecycle, from origination and transaction support through to closing. By teaming up, they can combine their capabilities to offer a deeper service and cater to the growing cross-border nature of deals in the energy and digital infrastructure sectors.
