Leeds digital consultancy Axiologik welcomes Andy Roberts and Tim Lewis
Axiologik, a Leeds-based digital consultancy, has expanded its leadership team with the appointments of Andy Roberts and Tim Lewis as Principal Consultants.
The hires strengthen the firm’s AI and GenAI offering, bringing more than 40 years of combined experience to the business.
Roberts brings extensive experience in digital marketing and growth. His previous roles include Chief Marketing Officer at Planet Sport Group, where he led the launch of the group brand and helped scale the business to more than 25 million monthly users. Earlier in his career, he held senior marketing and growth roles at Sky Sports and DAZN Group.
An ambassador for Leeds Digital and co-founder of Digital Sport North (a network focused on technology and sport in the North), Roberts most recently co-founded Zygens, a start-up developing and delivering agentic AI solutions across financial services and professional services.
Lewis has a background in technology and digital transformation and has followed a similar career path. He is also a co-founder of Zygens and previously served as Chief Technology Officer at Planet Sport Group and held senior roles at DAZN Group. Earlier in his career, he worked across digital and software engineering roles, including at logistics group Evri.
In 2025, Lewis was named Prolific North Tech Leader of the Year, recognising his two decades of experience building high-performance engineering teams and delivering scalable technology solutions.
At Axiologik, the pair will focus on developing the firm’s AI offering, which has seen a tenfold increase in AI-related projects over the past nine months. Unlike traditional management consultancies, Axiologik specialises in building the underlying technology and guiding organisations from pilot to measurable, scaled outcomes.
“The appetite for AI and Gen AI certainly isn’t the problem; execution is,” said Roberts. “Most organisations can run training or a pilot. Far fewer can turn that into transformation at scale – the complex, business-wide change that delivers a return. That’s what Axiologik is built to do, and why I joined.”
Lewis added: “Clients don’t need more noise about AI – there is already plenty of that. They need help managing risk and building the data architecture and software foundations to make it work in practice. Axiologik’s approach is designed to do exactly that.”
Founded in 2026 and based in Leeds, Axiologik is a B Corp-certified consultancy with around 70 staff. In the coming months, the firm plans to continue expanding its AI offering, with approximately 15 AI-related roles currently open.
