Senior eDiscovery expert rejoins AlixPartners as a partner in London

Global management consulting firm AlixPartners has welcomed Natalie Butcher back to its UK team.

Following a decade at BDO, Natalie Butcher has re-joined AlixPartnersas a Partner in its eDiscovery practice. Based in London, she brings more than 20 years of expertise in forensic technology and electronic disclosure. Earlier in her career, she spent eight years with AlixPartners during her first spell at the consulting firm, and served Navigant Consulting (now Guidehouse).

Butcher has significant experience in leading large-scale electronic discovery projects end-to-end, from scoping and data collection through to analysis, production and trial support. She supports a range of clients from corporate clients and law firms to major regulatory bodies including the Securities and Exchange Commission, the Financial Conduct Authority, and the Competition and Markets Authority.

Her recent experience includes managing a large electronic disclosure case for an investment bank, leading a breach response matter for a global marketing corporation, and supporting a charity with pursuing a legal claim against a potential buyer that had attempted to compromise the value of the business in the run-up to the transaction.
