FRP Advisory adds Geraint McGrath, Jessica Leeming and Shaun Hudson to partnership

FRP Advisory has appointed three new partners: Geraint McGrath, Jessica Leeming and Shaun Hudson.

Geraint McGrath has worked in corporate finance since 2011, advising corporates, private equity, entrepreneurs and management teams on strategy and transactions, including acquisitions, investment, exits, business planning, management buy-outs and capital raisings. He is based in Cardiff and has been named a partner in the Corporate Finance business.

Shaun Hudson and Jessica Leeming have been named partners in the Restructuring Advisory team, based in Sunderland and Preston respectively.

Hudson joined FRP Advisory in 2020 and specialises in deals in the manufacturing, construction and pharmaceutical spaces, with a particular focus on pre-pack sales. He works across both the Newcastle and Sunderland offices, supporting businesses, stakeholders and advisers through all aspects of corporate insolvency and restructuring.

Leeming joined FRP Advisory in 2016 and has significant experience working with small to medium-size companies with a particular expertise in the agriculture sector as well as managing distressed property and solvent reconstructions.

With more than 900 employees, including 104 partners, FRP Advisory is one of the UK’s largest independent business advisory firms specialising in corporate restructuring, corporate finance, forensic services, financial advisory and debt advisory. The firm operates across 33 locations in England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Isle of Man and Cyprus.

The promotion of the trio is part of FRP Advisory’s mid-year promotion round, which saw a record 130 promotions across 24 different offices.
