Elisabeth Field named strategy and campaigning lead at Teneo
Global CEO advisory firm Teneo has appointed Elisabeth Field as its new head of strategy and campaigning in the UK. Based in London, she brings more than a quarter-century of expertise to the role.

Prior to joining Teneo, Field served as CEO of Eulogy, where she led a multi-year transformation from a traditional PR agency into an integrated creative communications consultancy. Earlier in her career, she served as managing director and deputy head of corporate reputation at MHP Communications, following senior leadership roles at Red Consultancy and Four Agency Worldwide.
Looking ahead, Field will partner with clients across the business to shape and deliver integrated campaigns during moments of growth, transformation and heightened scrutiny. She will work closely with senior leaders to align corporate strategy, reputation and stakeholder engagement – enabling organisations to translate strategic ambition into sustained, meaningful impact.
