EY-Parthenon adds Clare Harris, Chris Robinson and Patricia Martin to partnership
EY-Parthenon has appointed a trio of new partners. Clare Harris, Chris Robinson and Patricia Martin del Castillo will help expand the firm’s private equity practice in the UK.
Paddy Moser, EY private equity leader for the UK and Ireland, commented, “We are delighted to welcome Clare, Chris and Patricia to EY-Parthenon. Their strategic insight and strong client relationships will further strengthen our ability to deliver long-term value for our clients. As the private equity landscape continues to evolve, investing in exceptional talent remains at the heart of our growth strategy.”
Clare Harris brings extensive expertise to the partnership, and was formerly the global chief operating officer at Proxima, part of Bain & Company. She will now lead the development and launch of a new procurement capabilities service, designed to help private equity portfolio companies unlock greater value through procurement cost reduction.
Harris said, “I am thrilled to embark on this journey with an exceptional team and look forward to driving innovative procurement strategies that create sustainable, long-term value for our clients.”
Chris Robinson joins from private equity house Apax, and brings 15 years of industry experience as an investor – as well as a track record in originating and executing complex transactions. He joins the EY-Parthenon’s financial diligence practice, and will be focused on supporting private equity clients across sectors.
Robinson remarked, “Having worked with EY-Parthenon as a client for many years, I’m consistently impressed by their expertise, culture, and capabilities. I’m excited to join the firm as it continues to grow its private equity advisory business.”
Patricia Martin del Castillo also joins the EY-Parthenon financial diligence practice, bringing 13 years of international transaction experience advising large pharma and private equity firms. She has worked in Madrid, New York and London, and her recent experience includes advising on both buy-side and sell-side transactions across pharma and biopharma, plasma and radiopharmaceuticals, pharma services, and public-to-private deals.
Castillo added, “EY-Parthenon has a reputation for excellence and deep sector expertise which provides an outstanding platform to deliver real value to our clients. I look forward to contributing to the continued growth of the practice and supporting our clients through increasingly complex and cross-border transactions.”
